My name is Nathan and I started Nathan's Mobile PT in 2021 to help people achieve their goals! I have been working out for 10+ years with a focus on strength training and endurance training. I love learning and applying the latest exercise research to my training and helping people realise their potential. Along with Cert III and IV, I also have Fundamentals of Kettlebells I and II.

Hi, my name is Caitlyn and I am an exercise scientist! I’ve been working as a PT for a little over a year now. I have a keen interest in functional training and prehab. In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer and watching sports. My goal as a PT is to help people live long and healthy lives through the power of exercise! I like to utilise different styles of workouts to keep the sessions interesting and to my clients liking. I have a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science, and am currently studying a Masters of Exercise Physiology. In addition to these, I also have a certificate of Pre and Post Natal Coaching.

Hi, I’m Richard. I am a qualified Fitness trainer and have completed both Certificate III and IV in Fitness. I have also completed a coaching qualification for beginner triathletes (swimming, cycling, running). I am interested in assisting people to get started and continue their fitness journey, whether it is to lose weight, improve fitness or achieve a goal (maybe you want to try a park run, walk up Mt Kosciuszko or complete an event). My personal fitness journey has the usual ups and downs (yes, I’m talking about weight, but also motivation and injury). Hopefully my experience can help you on your journey. My name is Scottie and I have a passion for helping to make physical activity part of your everyday life. I have been in the health and wellbeing industry since 1999 including nine and half years with the Australian Federal Police as a Health and Fitness Advisor and eight years as a Health and Wellbeing Consultant with Health Futures.
I enjoy walking, jogging, running and cycling as my main forms of exercise. In my younger years I was a competitive distance runner and competed in road running, cross country and athletics. I studied Exercise Science and Sports Coaching at University of Canberra and University of Texas.
